Decided to stack 8 fuel tanks in a tight square formation (classic fuel tank stack grief). Ahelped the player well in advance asking what they were doing and got told "a social experiment". Warned they would be held partly responsible for any consequences here. Continued to stack more fuel tanks anyway. Has an extensive history of repeated R8/R11 and griefing bans, showing no real signs of changing, and even in this round when told where they were heading by setting up this fuel tank stack, carried right on anyway. Seems you're unable to change your direction, and this ends here. 4+ died.
